Theresa Bradley & Google CEO - Both Click Fraudsters?

One has admitted clicking on ads on her site, but is suing Google for removing her from the AdSense program

The other has admitted clicking on ads to "make sure that everything was working". It is not clear if advertisers are paying for this high-level testing.

UPDATE: Google told me that Google automatically pre-filters out clicks on ads emanating from Google IP addresses so that the clicks are not deemed to have occurred for accounting purposes.
