ByeBye PageRank on Toolbar?

Google are considering removing this much-moved component of the Google ToolBar. If they do, it could be enough to destroy Google!

Why? Well, it's the defacto score for determining the quality of a web site. People like to see it, SEOs and webmasters love it. If it goes, expect Ask, MSN or Yahoo to whack something similar into their toolbars, and instantly get an extra 1-5% marketshare, enough to create a snowball effect...
