The Math of Page Rank

It's been done before, but here is the latest mathematical look at why some sites rank higher than others in Google. It seems to say that reciprocal links are a good thing, when combined with other linking patterns.

Otherwise, I am not able to comprehend most of the page - it has sentences like:
In other words, the vector I is an eigenvector of the matrix H with eigenvalue 1. We also call this a stationary vector of H.
